Users must provide accurate, verifiable information pertaining to their entity or professional status.
2. Intellectual Property
The layout, technical sheets, codebases, and proprietary sourcing methodologies presented on this site are the exclusive property of Staton Pin Point. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" for external databases is strictly prohibited.
3. Portal Disclaimer
While we facilitate the matching of requirements with materials and talent, submission of an RFQ or application does not guarantee a contract. Execution of deliverables is governed by specific Project Purchase Orders (PPOs) issued outside of this public website.
Governing Law
All disputes arising from the use of this digital platform are subject to the jurisdictions in which Staton Pin Point is officially registered and licensed.
